Made using three types of kelp: Rausu kelp, Rishiri kelp, and true kelp, it's packed with flavor.The set meal also comes with pork miso soup, grated yam, pickled Chinese cabbage, and rice, making it the perfect lunch! The thick cutlet made from Kagoshima Chami pork is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! This dish lets you enjoy the full flavor of the meat!
